Last night the latest version of BJM played a fantastic show at Spaceland, supported by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, an excellent new band featuring Peter Hayes, ex-BJM guitarist. Anton was in great form, and the band played a full hour of older songs, plus a number of strong new originals (the band has been in the studio for the past week working on recording some of them). And, for the first time EVER, this band performed a cover song live: "The Last Time", by none other than The Rolling Stones. Needless to say, it was awesome. Speaking for myself, I can only say how glad I am to see Anton back on the scene with a great band, ready for new things.
